Your health data will be kept for 15 years from your discharge from care under Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection, on the rights of information that concern the health and autonomy of the patient, and the clinical documentation, and in any case during the term established by current legislation at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of your data before the person responsible for the treatment (Dra Cristina Claret Torrents, NIF 46345057B) by sending a photocopy of your ID to the following postal or email address. :
