ATTENTION, telematic visits by ASC (College Health Care) users are no longer authorized, and can only be IN-PERSON
Functioning
There are 3 modalities for telematic consultations in private patients according to their preference: video consultation, telephone call or private messaging.
They are always carried out securely within the Patient Portal.
The steps for the first visits are as follows:
1. Activation of a new virtual consultation
1.1. Contracting the telematic visit (see below). You will be directed to the desired modality on each link. You can pay with credit card or Google Pay
1.2. 1. Fill out and send the TELEMATIC VISIT FORM, check that the indicated email is correct. Until you submit this form, the process cannot begin.
1.2 Activation of the patient portal. Within 24 working hours after payment of the consultation, you will receive an email from the sender Imedicplus - Ibade with the instructions to activate your Patient Portal. Check your SPAM or junk mail folder in case you do not receive it.
2. Send pre-consultation clinical information:
Receive the first message on the portal. The contracted professional will write you a message with questions to obtain the necessary information for the consultation. Please wait to receive this message. You will be asked to send the results of complementary tests if you have them (analytics, ultrasound).
For sending multiple files, you must send them in the shared folder. Avoid having the file name contain accents or special characters for it to upload correctly.
You will be assigned a date for your appointment in the case of videoconference or telephone call (within a maximum period of approximately 7 working days). You can modify this date, always subject to the availability of the professional.
3. Development of the telematic consultation
3.1. Video consultations
You must make sure you have a PC or mobile/tablet with a connection to a microphone and camera and good connectivity. In the case of a mobile or tablet device, after receiving the appointment link you will be directed to download the Jitsi app. In the case of PC it is not necessary to install any application.
You will receive an email notification prior to the appointment that will direct you directly to the video conference. You will receive the video call at the agreed time approximately. The appointment will last approximately 30 minutes (except psychology, 60 minutes)
3.2. Visit by phone call
It can only be made in the case of calls within Spanish territory. You will receive the call at the approximate time of the arranged visit.
3.3. Visits by private message
After having sent your clinical data and complementary tests, you will be able to read and reply to your Dr's message. or dietitian at any time. The Dr. can send you prescriptions and test requests for subsequent visits.
(*) INQUIRIES IN THIS MODALITY ARE ANSWERED THROUGH WRITTEN MESSAGES, WITHOUT A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT IN THE CALENDAR, within a maximum period of 5 working days after sending your information.
* You can send a message with questions regarding the query made if you have them within 10 days after the response message through the Patient Portal.
* The sending of new medical problems or tests beyond this period of 10 days suppose the payment of a new successive consultation.
* In the event that after exposing your case, for some reason the professional cannot help you through an online consultation, we will reimburse you for the full amount of the consultation, always before the consultation has started.
